About the ArseNole

About Me

The ArseNole was started in June of 2007 after being inspired by reading other Arsenal blogs such as The Cannon and Arseblog. It seemed like there wasn't much Arsenal stuff from an American point of view and I thought I would be able to connect with fans on this side of the pond and hopefully from all over the world as well.

The name ArseNole comes from two of my favorite teams, Arsenal and the Florida State Seminoles. Put 'em together and you get ArseNole.

My favorite players since I've started watching Arsenal are/were: Sylvain Wiltord, Robert Pires, Patrick Vieira, Lauren, Gael Clichy, Bakary Sagna, Cesc Fabregas, Thierry Henry, Kolo Toure, Dennis Bergkamp, Sol Campbell, and Andrey Arshavin.

I try to write a blog that is knowledgeable and provides all sides to a story. I don't want to ever be too pessimistic about things and try to keep that balanced even though sometimes I don't do so well at that.

If anyone ever has something to contribute to the site feel free to contact me and let me know and I'll be happy to consider putting it up.

I notice you only occasionally post. I just created (a week or so ago) a hybrid site/blog mainly but not solely for Arsenal supporters in America called Arsenal A.M.
Check it out at:

If you like it at all and would be interested in contributing to the site as an occasional or frequent poster, contact me at and I can explain more about the aim of the site or any questions you may have.

I'm looking to create a consensus number one blog and one-stop source for Arsenal supporters in the U.S.

If you're not interested, great posts and keep it up.
